She made the whole process so simple and easy from start to finish. Our instructor, Jess, was phenomenal! She made sure we felt prepared and confident in what we were learning, but also had a great sense of humor and made the class genuinely fun. Let’s face it—the skills we’re learning are meant for situations that can be scary and stressful, so having an instructor who makes the class engaging instead of dry or feeling like “just another thing to get through” makes such a difference. It definitely made everything feel more memorable and easier to retain. We really appreciated the time and energy Brittany and Jess put into making this such a great experience.
