Your VITAL™ registration includes the AHA HeartCode BLS online course, training equipment, shipping to you, prepaid return shipping, live instructor-led skills session and AHA BLS Provider eCard.

Complete your BLS training remotely through CPR Choice VITAL™. Upon successful completion, you receive the same American Heart Association BLS Provider eCard issued through traditional classroom or blended-learning training.
1. Register
Register for VITAL™ and choose your live virtual skills appointment.
2. Schedule Your Virtual Skills Appointment
Appointments must be scheduled at least 12 days in advance to allow time for equipment shipping and completion of the online course.
3. Complete AHA HeartCode® BLS Online
Complete the official American Heart Association HeartCode® BLS course online at your own pace before your scheduled virtual skills session.
4. We Ship the Skills Lab to You
CPR Choice sends everything you need for your hands-on session directly to you, including a CPR manikin, AED trainer, BVM and CPR mask.
5. Meet Live With an AHA Instructor
At your scheduled time, connect virtually with an authorized American Heart Association instructor. You’ll demonstrate the same hands-on BLS skills you would perform in a traditional classroom — just from the convenience of your home or office.
6. Return the Equipment & Receive Your BLS Card
Use the prepaid return label included with your kit to send the equipment back to CPR Choice. Once your training requirements are complete and your equipment is returned, we’ll issue your AHA BLS Provider eCard.
Because your training equipment is shipped directly to you, VITAL™ appointments must be scheduled at least 12 days in advance.
