Return Policy

At CPR Choice, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resalable condition

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back.

Returns received without an RMA may be subject to delays or a restocking fee.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and manufacturer guidelines, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used electrode pads
  • Opened or used batteries
  • Opened rescue kits or medical supplies
  • Used manikins or training equipment
  • Software, digital products, or online training access codes (once issued)
  • Scheduled or completed training courses

AED & Equipment Returns

If returning an AED or training unit:

  • Any opened or used components (pads, batteries, accessories) will be deducted from the refund
  • Items must be in resalable condition

Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to eligible returns
  • Returns outside of policy or without proper authorization may be refused

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
