During a busy day on the pickleball courts, a patron suddenly collapsed. Without hesitation, the Pickleville team stepped into action, recognizing the emergency, beginning CPR, and deploying their Philips FRx Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Adding to this incredible response, an off-duty nurse who was playing pickleball also jumped in to assist — providing calm, professional support during a critical moment.
This real-world rescue is a powerful reminder that CPR training and AED access are not optional — they are essential for businesses, workplaces, and community spaces. Emergencies don’t wait, and preparedness can make the difference between life and loss.
