The ZOLL Pedi-Padz II Pediatric Electrode Pads are specially engineered to provide safe and effective defibrillation therapy for infants and children during sudden cardiac arrest emergencies. Designed for use with the ZOLL AED Plus® and ZOLL AED Pro®, these pediatric AED pads automatically activate ZOLL’s Intelligent Pediatric Capability, enabling the AED to switch from adult to pediatric mode with no manual adjustments required.
When connected, the AED automatically adjusts shock energy levels and utilizes pediatric-specific ECG analysis algorithms tailored to younger patients. This helps ensure accurate rhythm analysis and appropriate therapy delivery for children under 8 years old or weighing less than 55 pounds (25 kg).
Pedi-Padz II feature clear anatomical diagrams directly on the packaging, helping rescuers quickly and confidently place the electrodes correctly during high-stress emergency situations. The pads are pre-connected for rapid deployment and designed with high-quality hydrogel conductive material to maximize performance and reliability.
These pediatric electrode pads are ideal for schools, daycare centers, pediatric clinics, churches, sports facilities, camps, and any public access AED program where children may be present. For continuity of care, Pedi-Padz II are also compatible with select ZOLL professional defibrillator models including the E Series®, M Series®, R Series®, and X Series® when used in manual mode.
