Each ACT FAST Anti-Choking Trainer is worn by the student and incorporates an internal air bladder, clear plastic airway, and reusable foam plug. When an abdominal thrust is performed effectively, air pressure forces the foam obstruction from the airway. The plug visibly shoots into the air, providing an unmistakable indication that the student successfully performed the technique.
